Jeskoiptv offers a 15-day refund policy from the date of purchase for eligible requests. After 15 days, no refund can be issued. Digital services that have been activated are non-refundable except in specific circumstances described below.
Who Is Eligible for a Refund?
To be eligible for a refund, at least one of the following conditions must apply:
- Account not activated: Your subscription credentials were delivered but you have not logged in or used the service.
- Service is completely non-functional: You experience a persistent technical issue that prevents all access to the service, and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your report.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Wrong plan purchased: You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and have not used the service.
- Unauthorized transaction: You did not authorize the payment (proof may be required).
Partial Refunds
For multi-month subscriptions that experience a verified service outage of more than 72 consecutive hours, we may issue a prorated credit or partial refund at our discretion.
What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund
- Subscriptions that have been activated and used to stream content.
- Gift cards or promotional credit codes.
- Reseller credit purchases (all reseller sales are final).
- Requests made after the 15-day window.
- Subscriptions that have expired.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@jeskoiptv.site within 15 days of your purchase. Include:
- Your order number or payment receipt.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Screenshots if applicable.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. We may ask you to try basic troubleshooting steps first.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. Then contact us at contact@jeskoiptv.site and we will investigate.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
