Nature of Our Service
Jeskoiptv is an IPTV platform that aggregates links to publicly available third-party streams. We do not host, upload, or store any video content on our own servers. All streams are provided by independent third-party sources. Jeskoiptv has no control over the content of these third-party streams.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following (per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on our platform.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Jeskoiptv maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
